Gang-Gang Cockatoo Ornament

With a distinctive call and flashy red crest, these birds would be hard to miss if they weren’t sadly listed as endangered after the fires following years of population decline.

Majestic birds to behold in person, they are bright, cheerful and nearly always cracking seeds. If you do see one, listen for their remarkable ‘squeaky rusty gate’ call, but consider yourself lucky - up to 36% of their habitat was lost in the bushfires of 2019-20.
